1. Please read the wholesale account information below.

2. To create an account, you must have a resale tax ID and be a real business that will sell products that you purchase from us to your customers. Wholesale accounts are only available to retailers with a tax ID/ EIN number.

3. Your account will take about 24 hours to be enabled. We may contact you for more information.

4. If you are approved for a web account, you will be able to see wholesale prices for items on the website, and when you shop, items will be added to your shopping cart at wholesale price. You must login each time you visit the website to see wholesale prices. A few items on the website are not available at wholesale price.

Wholesale account information
Who can create an account: Wholesale accounts are only available to real businesses with a tax id number and a verifiable retail location.

Minimums: We prefer a minimum order of at least 6 of an item (soaps and candles which may be ordered as an assortment in some cases) and a minimum total order of $100. Brick and mortar stores may purchase half-price testers. Please ask us for more information about testers.

Website sales:  Any sales or special offers available to wholesale customers will appear on this page. Advertised sales on the home page are for retail customers only. The shopping cart may accept a coupon code for a wholesale account purchase, but we will not honor the discount, and will ask for full payment before shipping out your order. We apologize for any confusion regarding discounts.

Terms and conditions of sale: 
All sales are final. Bella Des will not accept return of any item, except in the case of product or packaging failure, where Bella Des will replace the item or issue a credit at its discretion.

Items must be stored at room temperature (65°-80°F), in a dry place, and out of direct sunlight. Do not expose items to extreme heat or cold. Any item heated over 110°F should be discarded.

As items are made with natural oils and plant extracts, for best quality Bella Des recommends that all items be sold to the final consumer within one year of delivery. Any unsold items (with the exception of candles and soaps) after eighteen months from delivery date should be discarded. Bella Des items can be sold at a discount, especially any items unsold one year or more after delivery. Please contact us with any questions.
