A hydrating toner, designed for normal and dry skin types.

Non-drying, alcohol free formula. This toner leaves skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. It doesn't dry skin like toners that contain alcohol can.

Made with energizing ginseng extract to revive skin, along with natural hydrating agents, like NaPCA, lactic acid and amino acids, that are found naturally in skin to hold water and moisturize skin. Also contains soothing aloe vera, and witch hazel.
